Field manual for the photonic recovery center
The Sports-Medicine Premise
VITREA is not a fitness magazine. It is a photonic recovery center — a sterile, shadowless scan lab where every exercise is sealed inside a transparent holo-screen and read as a biosignal. We believe the body is a precision bio-instrument: it is maintained scientifically, not forged industrially.
Every chamber on this site maps to a sports-medicine protocol. Every card is a patient report, a layered anatomy atlas, or a vital-sign buoy — sealed, scanned, and read against normative data. There are no "tips" here. There are readings.
The Six Scan Protocols
VITREA catalogues every exercise under one of six photonic protocols: VO2max, EMG, Biomechanics, HRV, Lactate, and Recovery. Each protocol casts its own light on the same motion — aerobic capacity, neuromuscular drive, joint kinetics, autonomic balance, metabolic cost, and tissue restoration. Together they form a closed loop of measurement and restitution.
An exercise is never judged by how it looks. It is judged by the biosignal it leaves behind: heart-rate variability, ground-reaction force, fascicle length, rate of force development. The scan capsule exists to make those signals visible.
Why Sterile White
The lab is white because shadow is noise. A 0.5-pixel cold border, a faint optical grid, a soft X-ray shadow — these are not decorations. They are the visual equivalent of a calibrated instrument: every element earns its place, nothing bleeds into the signal. Frosted glass panels separate protocols; the catheter scrollbar keeps the eye moving along the data, not against it.
The body is not forged here. It is measured, restored, and released.
The Photonic Method
Each scan capsule begins with a mocap grid of light points, builds a skeletal wireframe, layers a thermal effort heatmap, and closes with a scan-progress meter. The holo-screen is transparent because the body underneath is the subject — never the interface. Three card kinds rotate through the catalogue: medical reports for clinical readings, anatomy atlases for layered structure, vital buoys for live biosignals.
Open any chamber and you enter a sealed scan room: protocol stamp, biomechanic narrative, biomarker panel, related capsules. Nothing is editorialised. Everything is recorded.
