The Consent Form

VITREA treats every visitor as a consenting subject inside the scan lab. The consent form below describes what biosignals we observe, what we record, and what we discard. There is no tracking beyond what is required to keep the photonic recovery center calibrated.

By opening any chamber on this site you acknowledge that you have read this form and consent to the procedures described. Consent is revocable at any time by clearing local storage and ceasing to use the lab.

What We Measure

The lab measures only what is necessary to render a scan capsule: the page requested, the time of request, and the protocol invoked. We do not measure mood, attention, gaze heatmaps, or scroll velocity. The holo-screen does not watch you back.

Anonymous aggregate counts (chamber visits, protocol popularity) may be kept for calibration purposes. No individual scan log is ever sold, licensed, or transmitted to a third party.

What We Store

Local storage on your device may hold a single key — your last selected protocol — so the recovery center reopens at the correct scan station. No cookies are set for advertising. No biometric data of any kind is collected from the visitor; all biosignals shown on cards are deterministic pseudo-metrics derived from exercise identifiers, not from you.

Third-Party Instruments

VITREA loads two third-party instruments: Anime.js (animation runtime) and Three.js (WebGL scan canvas). Both are loaded from public CDNs and may log requests at the network edge, as is standard for any CDN. No personal data is passed to either library.

Google Fonts (Sora, Inter, IBM Plex Mono) are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and may set a cookie at the font CDN. If you prefer zero third-party traffic, block these domains in your browser; the lab will still function, with system fonts substituted.

Subject Rights

As a scan subject you have the right to: request the aggregate record of your chamber visits; request erasure of any locally stored protocol key; withdraw consent by leaving the lab. Contact the consent & data office at [email protected] to exercise any of these rights.

This form may be updated as the protocols evolve. Material changes will be announced on the index chamber with an updated protocol stamp.
