The Iron Windmill Twister

Okay, comedy fans, imagine you're a windmill -- not the chill Dutch kind gently grinding grain, but the kind that's also holding a heavy iron ball above its head. You start by placing one kettlebell in front of your forward foot, then cleaning and pressing another bell overhead with the opposite arm. That pressing motion involves driving through your legs and hips while pulling the weight toward your shoulder, rotating your wrist so your palm faces forward like you're waving at a parade.
Now here's where the acrobatics begin. With the top bell locked out at all times -- and I mean locked like a maximum-security prison -- you push your glutes out in the direction of that overhead weight. Turn your feet at a forty-five degree angle from the arm holding the bell skyward. Then you start bending sideways at the hips, sticking your backside out, slowly descending like a human tower leaning in a stiff breeze until your free hand can retrieve the kettlebell sitting on the floor.
Your eyes never leave the bell above you, because looking away is how you end up on a fitness fail compilation video. Pause for a moment at the bottom with both bells in hand, then reverse the entire journey back to standing. Your midsection, obliques, and stabilizer muscles will be screaming like they've been cast in a horror movie, and that's exactly the point. This is a masterclass in full-body tension and control that will make your core stronger than a bad habit.
