The Double Cannonball Descent SCAN DEPTH: 100%

Mechanism · Protocol Notes

Here's the deal — you're about to cradle two kettlebells at your shoulders like they're the most precious cannonballs in the kingdom, and then you're going to sink into a hole so deep your legs will write poetry about it. First things first: you clean those kettlebells up to shoulder height, driving through your hips and legs to yank them into position, then rotating your wrists so everything locks in nicely. You look like a determined gargoyle holding two spherical treasures.

Now, with your gaze locked forward like you're staring down a parking meter that's about to expire, you begin your descent. Squat down as far as your body will allow, and I mean really commit — push those knees outward like you're trying to take up more space on a crowded subway car. Your torso stays bolt upright, chest puffed out, head held high like you own the building.

Pause at the bottom. Let the moment breathe. Feel every single muscle from your hips to your ankles firing like a Fourth of July fireworks show. Then push through your heels and stand back up like the floor personally offended you. Rinse and repeat until your thighs have reached a new level of understanding about what it means to work for a living.
