The Leapfrog Inner-Thigh Inferno SCAN DEPTH: 100%

Mechanism · Protocol Notes

If you've ever watched a frog launch itself across a lily pad and thought, 'I want to do that, but make it a workout,' then congratulations, this is your spirit animal. You start in a push-up stance — hands on the floor, body rigid, standard issue. This is your home base, and from here, things are about to get bouncy.

Using both legs simultaneously — because why would we do anything halfway — you explode forward, jumping your feet all the way up so they land right next to your hands. Keep that head up, because looking down is for people who aren't committed to the amphibian lifestyle. You're now in a deep crouch with your hands on the floor and your feet beside them, and your inner thighs are getting a stretch that's somewhere between 'refreshing' and 'why did I agree to this.'

Then you jump those feet right back to the push-up position and immediately launch into the next rep. No dilly-dallying, no casual transitions — this is a continuous inner-thigh and hip mobility party, and you're the host. Do this for ten to twenty reps, and by the end, your adductors will be so well-acquainted with dynamic movement they'll start writing memoirs about the experience. It's cardio, it's flexibility, it's amphibious fitness theater all rolled into one.
